Rental conditions:

The rented vehicle is delivered with fuel and must be returned with approximately the same amount of fuel as when the car was delivered.

The rented vehicle may not be driven by persons under the age of 26.

The driver must always hold a valid driving license and be sober (the alcohol limit in Spain is 0.2 0/00)

Smoking, driving away building materials and garden waste are not permitted in the rented vehicle. Extra cleaning due to the above as well as gross filth, spilled drinks etc., will be billed at 100 euros

It is NOT allowed to drive out of Spain without additional insurance of 100 euros

Loss of the key to the rented vehicle is invoiced with 200 euros

The renter of the vehicle pays himself for fuel, parking tax, road tax, airport tax, speed and parking fines. Fines will be forwarded by email to the tenant.

Damage to the rented vehicle is paid for by the renter if the damage is caused by illegal parking.
If the rented vehicle is parked illegally and is removed/confiscated by the authorities, the renter pays 750 euros for collection and delivery of the seized vehicle and no rental or replacement car is refunded during the seized period.

The rental price is incl. insurance of the vehicle and without excess.

All our vehicles have roadside assistance, if you break down, call roadside assistance, ask for an English-speaking employee, depending on the damage/breakdown, they will send a taxi to take you one way, for example home or to your destination. Unfortunately, Oricosta.com is unable to help in these situations as roadside assistance tracks your phone to find out where you are so that you can receive help.

In the event of a traffic accident, always remember to contact the Police on 112, who will decide the case on the spot and fill in the damage report which is in the glove compartment, of which you will receive a copy.

In the event of a puncture, the lessee of the vehicle pays for patching himself, possibly new tire if it is assessed by the workshop that the tire cannot be patched or if it is broken.

When paying rent, our rental conditions are accepted, the full rental is refunded if the rented vehicle is canceled no later than 8 days before the rental agreement comes into force. If canceled later than 8 days before the rental agreement comes into force, 50 euros will be withheld, if canceled later than 24 hours before, 100 euros will be withheld
